Domain Name Renewals:
– Invoices must be paid by the specified due date. Domains not renewed within 10 days will enter Redemption status.
– To retain a domain in Redemption, a Redemption Fee will apply in addition to the standard renewal fee.
Other Services:
– All invoices must be paid by their due dates.
– Unpaid invoices will trigger three outstanding payment reminders.
– If payment is not received following the third reminder, the service will be suspended by the 7th of the month.
