tandohost.co.za bills all services in advance, with payment due by the 7th of every month.
Our fully automated billing system will send up to three late payment reminders if payment is not received on time.
Please ensure you pay the full outstanding balance. Any short payment will result in the automatic suspension of the affected service.
If your service has already been suspended and you have made payment, kindly send us your Proof of Payment along with one of the following valid references:
- Your Full Name (First & Last)
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Client ID Number
Providing this information will help our Billing Team allocate your payment quickly and restore your service without unnecessary delays.
