1. Launch Windows Live Mail 2011.
2. Go to Accounts and click the Email
3. Enter your full email address in the Email Address
4. Type your password into the Password
5. Fill in the Display Name – this is the name that recipients will see when they receive your emails.
6. Choose to manually set up server settings.
7. In the Incoming Mail Server box, type your server address (e.g., mail.your-domain-name.co.za).
8. In the Log on User Name box, re-enter your email address.
9. In the Outgoing Mail Server box, type the SMTP server address provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
10. Select Finish to save your settings.
11. Close and reopen Windows Live Mail 2011 to apply the changes.
